Costs and Fees

Costs and fees can vary considerably for property surveys and for building projects.

Surveys on flats start from around £400

Surveys on Houses start from £500.

The main things to consider are the age, type, size, location and price of the property. These have a direct affect on fees charged.

Costs for building projects etc can be either a fixed fee or a percentage of the cost and can vary from between 5-9% dependant on the degree of involvement needed and the complexity of the job.

Fees for Party Wall Matters vary from between £600-£900, again dependant on the level of involvement and the complexity of the scheme.

Fees for commercial properties are always unique and are dealt with on an individual basis. (Please contact us for more information).
