Structural Survey

Anderson Associates can also do a Structural Survey of a property.

A Structural Survey focuses mainly on the walls and roof of the building. It’s normally done only if there seem to be major problems, or if a valuation survey throws up a serious structural defect – in which case you probably won’t get a mortgage on it.

Most structural surveys are done for properties that cannot be mortgaged.
