With the current and ongoing issues in the light of the uncertainty surrounding the outbreak of COVID-19, we want to reassure you that we are following the guidance and advice given by the Government and are taking all the necessary precautions to ensure that risks are minimised and are putting into place additional health and safety measures to protect all parties.
We would also ask if any estate agents’ staff, vendors or anyone associated with the property inform us if you know of anyone who has recently travelled from any of the current areas affected by Coronavirus (or has been in contact with anyone who has), prior to any planned property surveys.
We are still carrying out viewing and market appraisal appointments, subject to the agreement of our vendors, but some of our properties also have virtual tours which you may find helpful.
